Mikiz (hereafter the “Company”) a company incorporated and existing under the law of France (Société par actions simplifiée) with a capital of 5,000 euros, having its registered office at 24, route de Saclay, 91120 Palaiseau, France, registered with the Evry Trade Register, under number 839 336 500. The Company aims at providing a mobile application allowing the users to save, to share and to copy their keys.
The access and use of the internet site mikiz.eu (the “Site”) are subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
The purpose of the Site is to offer to users information about Mikiz, in particular the way to use it and to be able to take contact with Mikiz team. The Services provided by Mikiz – saving, sharing and copying keys – are provided solely by the mobile application and not by the Site. Therefore, the Terms and Conditions shall not regulate the terms and condition related to using Mikiz mobile application.
The user acknowledges that the information provided in the Site is likely to change at anytime.
The constituent parts of the Site (especially texts, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, clips audio or video, photos, softwares) are protected by national and transnational legislations on copyright, trademark rights and all other intellectual property rights. All reproduction or representation of all or part of this Site in any form whatsoever is prohibited, unless the prior and express authorization of Mikiz.
User may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, extract, make available in any way whatsoever, sell, distribute or create derived works based on the Site and / or its content, in whole or in part.
Any unauthorized use of this site and/ or its contents by Mikiz is prohibited.
The information provided via the Site by users is available only for Mikiz for the purpose to information queries transmitted by users. Mikiz shall take all necessary endeavors to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information provided by users.
In accordance with the provisions of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, user has the right at any time to access, modify, correct and delete their personal data.

The English version of these Terms and Conditions are provided for information only. The French version will prevail over the English version.
The Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute concerning the interpretation and execution of these Terms and Conditions, only the Paris (France) Tribunal de Commerce shall have jurisdiction.
Mikiz disclaims all liability for any difficulties in accessing the Site or for any communication failure.
Mikiz may not be held liable for hyperlinks to other websites, and more generally for the content of those websites.
Mikiz shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting or following the diffusion of a virus that is likely to infect the computer of the user and any other software, following the usage of the Site or any download.
